Refund Procedure

To initiate a return, simply contact us at: info.ilorae@gmail.com, and we’ll promptly provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, don’t hesitate to contact us at: info.ilorae@gmail.com.
